1. This Order may be cited as the

Civil Legal Aid Act, 1995

(Commencement) Order, 1996.

2. The 11th day of October, 1996 is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purpose of the

Civil Legal Aid Act, 1995

(No. 32 of 1995).
