1. This Order may be cited as the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863 (Section 18) (Kerry) (No. 2) Order, 1996.
2. The existing Registrars' Districts of Brosna No. 1, Brosna No. 2, Castleisland, Castlemaine, Tralee No. 1 and Tralee No. 2 shall be amalgamated and shall together form one Registrar's District to be known as the Registrar's District of Tralee.
3. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1996.

Explanatory Note
The effect of this Order is to amalgamate certain Registrars' Districts in the County of Kerry so as to reduce the number of such districts in that county.
