1. These Regulations may be cited as the

Consumer Credit Act, 1995

(Section 60) Regulations, 1996.

2. Section 58 of the Consumer Credit Act. 1995 (No. 24 of 1995), is hereby amended by the substitution in—

(

a

) subsection (1) (

b

) (ii) of "owner" for "seller", and

(

b

) subsection (5) (

a

) of "owner" for "seller".
