1. This Order may be cited as the

Road Traffic Act, 1994

(Commencement) Order, 1995.

ISB SI

2. (1) Sections 40,41 and 47 of the

Road Traffic Act, 1994

shall come into operation on the 19th day of April, 1995.

(2)

Section 43

of the

Road Traffic Act, 1994

shall come into operation on the 1st day of June, 1995.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings into operation certain provisions of the

Road Traffic Act, 1994

(No. 7 of 1994).
