1. This Order may be cited as the North Bull Island Special Amenity Area Order, 1994 (Confirmation) Order, 1995.

2. The Order made on the 11th day of April, 1994, by the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor, Alderman and Burgesses of Dublin, being the Planning Authority for the County Borough of Dublin, is hereby confirmed.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for the Environment, this 23rd day of March, 1995.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to confirm the Dublin Corporation North Bull Island Special Amenity Area Order made on the 11th day of April, 1994 by the planning authority of the County Borough of Dublin.

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by

Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963
