1. This Order may be cited as the

Roads Act, 1993

(Declaration of National Roads) Order, 1995.

2. This Order and the

Roads Act, 1993

(Declaration of National Roads) Order, 1994 shall be construed together as one and may be collectively cited as the

Roads Act, 1993

(Declaration of National Roads) Orders, 1994 and 1995.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the 31st day of March, 1995.

4. The proposed public road named in column 1 and described in column 2 of the Schedule hereto is hereby classified as a national primary road.
