1. This Order may be cited as the

Local Government Act, 1991

(Regional Authorities) (Establishment Order) 1993, (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 1995.

2. This Order, the

Local Government Act, 1991

(Regional Authorities) (Establishment Order) 1993, (Amendment) Order, 1995 (

S.I. No. 208 of 1995

) and the principal order shall be construed together as one.

3. In this Order, the "principal order" means the

Local Government Act, 1991

(Regional Authorities) (Establishment) Order, 1993 (

S.I. No. 394 of 1993

).

4. Article 16 of the principal order is hereby amended by the addition after paragraph (

e

) of the following paragraph:—

"(

f

) in the case of each of the Border, Mid West and West regional authorities, the need for co-ordination with the Western Development Partnership Board Limited".
