1. This Order may be cited as the

Urban Renewal Act, 1986

(Designated Areas) (Temple Bar) Order, 1995.

2. In this Order, "the Temple Bar Area" has the meaning assigned to it by

section 2

of the

Temple Bar Area Renewal and Development Act, 1991

(No. 19 of 1991).

3. The Temple Bar Area is hereby declared to be a designated area for the purposes of the

Urban Renewal Act, 1986

.
