1. This Order may be cited as the

Finance Act, 1995

(Commencement of Chapter V of Part II) (Appeals in relation to Excise Duty) Order, 1995.

2. The 1st day of January, 1996 is hereby appointed as the day on which Chapter V of Part II of the

Finance Act, 1995

(No. 8 of 1995), shall come into operation.
