1. These Regulations may be cited as the Milk (Regulation of Supply) (Levy Returns) Regulations, 1995.
2. In these Regulations, "the Act" means the
Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act, 1994
.
3. A return under subsection (2) of section 8 of the Act shall—
(
a
) be made in the form M.A.4 of the Schedule hereto, and
(
b
) be made not later than the 28th day of the month following the end of the accounting period.
