S.I. No. 335/1995 - Hake (Restriction on Fishing) (Revocation) Order, 1995.

1. This Order may be cited as the Hake (Restriction on Fishing) (Revocation) Order, 1995.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 6th day of December, 1995 and shall cease to have effect on the 31st day of December 1995.

3. The Hake (Restriction on Fishing) No. 6 Order, 1995 [

] is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The effect of this Order is to permit the fishing for, transhipment or having on board of hake by Irish sea-fishing boats, duly licensed, with effect from 6th December, 1995 until the 31st December 1995, both dates inclusive.
