S.I. No. 33/1995 - Marine (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1995.

1. This Order may be cited as the Marine (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1995.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for the Marine conferred on him by or under the Acts specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby delegated to EAMON GILMORE, Minister of State at the Department of the Marine.
