1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Wildlife (Wild Birds) (Open Seasons) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 1995.

(2) The Wildlife (Wild Birds) (Open Seasons) Orders, 1979 to 1995, and this Order may be cited together as the Wildlife (Wild Birds) (Open Seasons) Orders, 1979 to 1995.

2. In this Order "the Principal Order" means the Wildlife (Wild Birds) (Open Seasons) Order, 1979 (

S.I. No. 192 of 1979

).

3. The First Schedule to the Principal Order is hereby amended by the insertion of the following entry in Part 1

Wild Birds

Open Season

Canada Goose

From 1st December, 1995 to 31st January, 1996, both dates inclusive.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to amend the Open Seasons list of huntable species of wild birds by the addition of the Canada Goose for the period from 1st December, 1995 to 31st January, 1996, both dates inclusive.
