1. These Regulations may be cited as the Pounds (Amendment) Regulations, 1995.
2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 13th day of February, 1995.
3. The Pounds Regulations, 1985 and 1990, and these Regulations may be cited together as the Pounds Regulations, 1985 to 1995.
4. The
Interpretation Act, 1937
(No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations.
5. The Pounds Regulations, 1985 (
S.I. No. 306 of 1985
), as amended by the Pounds (Amendment) Regulations, 1990 (
S.I. No. 4 of 1990
), are hereby amended by the substitution for the Second Schedule of the following Schedule

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
These Regulations increase, with effect from 13 February, 1995, the Pound-keeper's fees prescribed in the Pounds Regulations, 1985, as amended by the Pounds (Amendment) Regulations, 1990.
