S.I. No. 3/1995 - Environment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1995.

1. This Order may be cited as the Environment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1995.

2. All the powers and duties of the Minister for the Environment conferred—

(

a

) by the Acts, or parts of the Acts, specified in the First Schedule to this Order, and

(

b

) under the statutory instruments specified in the Second Schedule to this Order,

are hereby delegated to Liz McManus, Minister of State at the Department of the Environment.
