S.I. No. 275/1995 - Diseases of Animals (Notification of Infectious Diseases) Order, 1992 (Amendment) Order, 1995.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals (Notification of Infectious Diseases) Order, 1992 (Amendment) Order, 1995.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 20th day of October, 1995.

(3) The Diseases of Animals (Notification of Infectious Diseases) Order, 1992, and this Order may be cited together as the Diseases of Animals (Notification of Infectious Diseases) Orders, 1992 and 1995.

2. The Diseases of Animals (Notification of Infectious Diseases) Order, 1992 (

S.I. No. 251 of 1992

) is hereby amended by the substitution in the definition of "disease" in Article 2 of the following for "Porcine epidemic diarrhoea (Porcine corona virus)"

"Porcine corona virus

Porcine epidemic diarrhoea".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order separates Porcine epidemic diarrhoea and Porcine corona virus into individual diseases for the purposes of notification.
