1. This Order may be cited as the Mackerel (Restriction on Fishing) (Revocation) Order, 1995.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1995.

3. The Mackerel (Restriction on Fishing) Order, 1995 (

S.I. No. 113 of 1995

) is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to permit the fishing for, transhipment or having on board mackerel by Irish sea-fishing boats, duly licensed, with effect from 1st October, 1995.
