1. This Order may be cited as the
Stock Exchange Act, 1995
(Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 1995.
2. Sections 1, 2, 3 (other than the definition of statutory functions), 4, 5, 7 to 49 and 51 to 70 shall come into operation on the 29th day of September, 1995.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
This Order commences the Stock Exchange Act from 29 September, 1995, other than sections 6 and 50 and the definition of "statutory functions" in section 3 which were commenced from 1 August, 1995 by the
