1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Milk Agency (Winter Months) Regulations, 1995.

2. For the purposes of the
Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act, 1994
(No. 25 of 1994), the period consisting of the consecutive months of October, November, December, January and February are hereby prescribed as the winter months.
