S.I. No. 240/1995 - Aliens (Amendment) Order, 1995.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Aliens (Amendment) Order, 1995.

(2) The Aliens Orders, 1946 to 1994, and this Order may be cited together as the Aliens Orders, 1946 to 1995, and shall be construed together as one Order.

(3) The

Interpretation Act, 1937

, (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

(4) This Order shall come into operation on the 14th day of September, 1995.

2. The principal order is hereby amended by the insertion into Article 5A (inserted by the Aliens (Amendment) Order, 1990 (

S.I. No. 53 of 1990

)) of "Somalia" after "Romania".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
