1. This Order may be cited as the

Package Holidays and Travel Trade Act, 1995

(Commencement) Order, 1995.

2. The 1st day of September, 1995, is hereby fixed as the day on which section 5 of the Act, shall come into operation.

3. The 1st day of October, 1995, is hereby fixed as the day on which all other sections of the Act, 1995, shall come into operation.

this 1st day of September, 1995.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this order is to fix the dates on which the various sections of the

Package Holidays and Travel Trade Act, 1995

shall come into operation.
