1. The appropriate number of ordinary members of the Agency shall be as follows

(

a

) representing the interests of consumers — one;

(

b

) representing the interests of retailers — one;

(

c

) representing the interests of distributors — one;

(

d

) representing the interests of processors — four;

(

e

) representing the interests of producers — five.

2. This Regulation may be cited as the National Milk Agency (Members) Regulation, 1995.
