S.I. No. 213/1995 - Travel Agents (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations, 1995.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Travel Agents (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations, 1995.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, 1995.

3. Regulation 10 of the Travel Agents (Licensing) Regulations, 1993, is hereby amended by—

(

a

) the substitution in paragraph (

a

) of "£243" for "£221",

(

b

) the substitution in paragraph (

b

) of "£24" for "£22", and

(

c

) the substitution in paragraph (

c

) of "£243" for "£221",

The Minister for Finance hereby consents to the making of the foregoing Regulations.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of these Regulations is to revise the level of fees payable in respect of applications for a travel agents licence and in respect of amendment of such licences.
