S.I. No. 212/1995 - Tour Operators (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations, 1995.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Tour Operators (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations, 1995.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, 1995.

3. In these Regulations, "regulation 10" means regulation 10 of the Tour Operators (Licensing) Regulations, 1993 (

S.I. No. 182 of 1993

).

4. (1) Paragraph (

) of Regulation 10 is hereby amended by the substitution of the following Table for the Table to that paragraph

The Minister for Finance hereby consents to the making of the foregoing Regulations.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of these Regulations is to revise the level of fees payable in respect of applications for a tour operators licence and in respect of amendment of such licences.
