1. This Order may be cited as the
An Bord Bia Act, 1994
(Levy on Slaughtered or Exported Livestock) Order, 1995.
2. This Order shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 6th day of February, 1995.
3. The rate of levy prescribed in paragraph (
c
) of
section 37
(2) of
An Bord Bia Act, 1994
, is hereby varied by the substitution in that paragraph of "1p" for "20p".
