S.I. No. 190/1995 - Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 1995.

1. This Order may be cited as the Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 1995.

2. (1) A body to be known as the Building Regulations Advisory Body, hereinafter referred to as "the Advisory Body", is hereby appointed.

(2) The Advisory Body shall, for the period expiring on the 31st day of May, 1998, consist of the persons named in the Schedule to this Order.

3. The Chairman of the Advisory Body for the period expiring on the 31st day of May, 1998 shall be Patrick Morrissey.
