1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1995.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Health conferred on him by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby delegated to Austin Currie TD, Minister of State at the Department of Health.
