1. These Regulations may be cited as the
Criminal Justice Act, 1994
(Section 32 (10) (
d
)) Regulations, 1995.
2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 2nd day of May, 1995.
3. The following states and countries are hereby prescribed for the purposes of
section 32
(6) of the
Criminal Justice Act, 1994
Australia
Canada
The Channel Islands
Hong Kong
Iceland
The Isle of Man
Japan
New Zealand
Norway
Singapore
Switzerland
Turkey
The United States of America.
