1. This Order may be cited as the

(Commencement) Order, 1994.

2. The

Stillbirths Registration Act, 1994

, shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1995.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings the provisions of the

Stillbirths Registration Act, 1994

(which provides for the registration of stillbirths) into operation on 1 January, 1995.
