1. This Order may be cited as the

Terms of Employment (Information) Act, 1994

(Commencement) Order, 1994.

2. The 16th day of May, 1994, is hereby appointed as the day on which the

Terms of Employment (Information) Act, 1994

, (No. 5 of 1994), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints the 16th day of May, 1994 as the day on which the
