1. This Order may be cited as the

Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992

(Commencement) Order, 1994.

2. Paragraphs 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10 and 11 of the First Schedule to the

Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992

(No. 7 of 1992), shall come into operation on the 16th day of May, 1994.
