1. This Order may be cited as the

Industrial Training (Apprenticeship Levy) Act, 1994

(Commencement) Order, 1994.

2. The 25th day of March, 1994, is hereby fixed as the day on which the

Industrial Training (Apprenticeship Levy) Act, 1994

(No. 3 of 1994), shall come into operation.
