1. This Order may be cited as the

Local Government Act, 1994

, (Commencement) (No. 4) Order, 1994.

2. Part X of (other than section 59) and the Fifth Schedule to the

Local Government Act, 1994

shall come into operation on the 9th day of December, 1994.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for the Environment,

this 9th day of December, 1994.
