1. The National Milk Agency shall stand established on the 30th day of December 1994.

MILK (REGULATION OF SUPPLY) (ESTABLISHMENT OF NATIONAL MILK AGENCY) ORDER 1994.

I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under

section 2

of the

Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act 1994

and every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows
