1. This Order may be cited as the

Urban Renewal Act, 1986

(Designated Areas) (Waterford) Order, 1994.

2. Each of the areas enclosed by red lines and shaded pink on the map attached hereto is hereby declared to be a designated area for the purposes of the

Urban Renewal Act, 1986

.

3. Each of the streets or part of those streets described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a designated area for the purposes of the

Urban Renewal Act, 1986

.

SCHEDULE

The following streets or parts of streets in the county borough of Waterford which are not part of any area declared to be a designated area under article 2 of this Order.

(i) Great Georges Street,

(ii) Coal Quay/Custom House Quay/Parade (from its junction with Barronstrand Street to its junction with Greyfriar's),

(iii) Broad Street from its junction with Blackfriars Street to its junction with Michael Street,

(iv) Michael Street.
