1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Monuments (Prescription of Form) (No. 2) Regulations, 1994.

2. The form to be furnished under subsection (4) of the said section 23 to a person making a report of the finding of an archaeological object shall be in the form set out in the Schedule hereto.
