1. This Order may be cited as the

National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1994

(Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 1994.

2. The 1st day of March, 1995, is hereby fixed as the day on which

section 17

of the

National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1994

shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 14th day of November, 1994.
