1. This Order may be cited as the

National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1994

(Commencement) Order, 1994.

2. The 21st day of November, 1994, is hereby fixed as the day on which the

National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1994

, other than section 17 thereof, shall come into operation.
