1. These Regulations may be cited as the
Video Recordings Act, 1989
(Registers) Regulations, 1994.
2. The Register of Certificated Video Works shall be a register containing an entry in the form specified in Part I of the Schedule to these Regulations or in a form to the like effect in relation to each video work in respect of which a supply certificate is in force for the time being.
3. The Register of Prohibited Video Works shall be a register containing an entry in the form specified in Part II of the Schedule to these Regulations or in a form to the like effect in relation to each video work in respect of which a prohibition order is in force for the time being.
4. The
Video Recordings Act, 1989
(Register of Prohibited Video Works) Regulations, 1991 (

) are hereby revoked.
