1. This Order may be cited as the

Irish Aviation Authority Act, 1993

(Commencement) Order, 1993.

2. The 8th day of December, 1993, is hereby fixed as the day on which the

Irish Aviation Authority Act, 1993

(No. 29 of 1993), shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 7th day of December, 1993.
