) These Regulations may be cited as the

Competition Act, 1991

(Notice of Licences and Certificates) Regulations, 1992.

(

) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 13th day of April, 1992.

2. Notice of the grant of a licence or the issue of a certificate under section 4 shall be given to every body to which it relates by being sent by registered post to that body at the address indicated in the relevant notification under section 7 as the address of that body.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations prescribe the appropriate manner in which the Competition Authority shall give notice of its decisions.
