S.I. No. 7/1992 - Finance (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1992.

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Finance (Delegation of Ministerial Functions), Order, 1992.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 15th day of January 1992.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Finance conferred on him by or under the Acts specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Order and by the Regulations specified in Part II of the said schedule are hereby delegated to John O'Donoghue, Minister of State at the Department of Finance.
