1. These Regulations may be cited as the

Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979

(Section 3) Regulations, 1992.

2. These Regulations shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 1993.

3. The rate of fee specified in

Section 3

of the

Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979

(No. 24 of 1979) is hereby altered by the substitution of "0.3153 new pence" for "0.2711 new pence" (inserted by the

Milk (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979

(Section 3) Regulations, 1982 (

)).
