1. This Order may be cited as the

Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) and Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Amendment) Act, 1992

(Section 5) (Commencement) Order, 1992.

2. The 1st day of November, 1992, is hereby appointed as the day on which

section 5

of the

Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) and Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices (Amendment) Act, 1992

(No. 3 of 1992), shall be deemed to have come into operation.
