S.I. No. 329/1992 - Radio and Television (Complaints by Members of the Public) Regulations, 1992.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Radio and Television (Complaints by Members of the Public) Regulations, 1992.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 11th day of November, 1992.

2. It is hereby directed that complaints by members of the public in respect of a sound broadcasting service or in respect of a television programme service provided under the

Radio and Television Act, 1988

(No. 20 of 1988), be investigated by the Broadcasting Complaints Commission.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations extend the ambit of the Broadcasting Complaints Commission to independent broadcasting services provided under the
