1. This Order may be cited as the

Competition Act, 1991

(Section 6 (2) (b)) (Commencement) Order, 1992.

2. In this Order, "the Act" means the

Competition Act, 1991

.

3. Section 6 (2) (b) of the Act shall come into operation on the 2nd day of November, 1992.
