S.I. No. 29/1992 - European Communities (Cereal Seed) (Amendment) Regulations, 1992.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Cereal Seed) (Amendment) Regulations, 1992, and shall come into operation on the 12th day of February, 1992.

(2) The European Communities (Cereal Seed) Regulations, 1981 to 1990, and these Regulations may be cited together as the European Communities (Cereal Seed) Regulations, 1981 to 1992, and shall be construed together as one.

2. Regulation 21 of the European Communities (Cereal Seed) Regulations, 1981 (

S.I. No. 48 of 1981

) (inserted by the European Communities (Cereal Seed) (Amendment) Regulations, 1990 (

S.I. No. 341 of 1990

)), is hereby amended by the substitution of the following table for the table thereto

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations, by amending existing Regulations on the marketing of cereal seed, prescribe a revised scale of fees for cereal crop inspection and certification of cereal seed.
