1. This Order may be cited as the Mackerel (Restriction on Fishing) (Revocation) Order, 1992.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 5th day of October, 1992.

3. The Mackerel (Restriction on Fishing) Order, 1992 (

) is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to lift the restriction on fishing for, transhipping, landing or having on board, mackerel by Irish sea-fishing boats in ICES Sub-areas VI, VII, XII, XIV and ICES Divisions Vb) (EC Zone), VIIIa), b), d), and e), with effect from 5th October, 1992.
