S.I. No. 261/1992 - Taximeter (Fees on Verification and Stamping by Special Inspectors) (No. 2) Regulations, 1992.

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Taximeter (Fees on Verification and Stamping by Special Inspectors) (No. 2) Regulations, 1992.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 17th day of September, 1992.

2. (1) The fee to be paid in respect of the verification and stamping of a taximeter by a special inspector shall be £20.00.

(2) Every such fee shall be paid by the person who submits the taximeter for such verification and stamping.

3. The Taximeter (Fees on Verification and Stamping by Special Inspectors) Regulations, 1992 (

), is hereby revoked.
