1. This Order may be cited as the

B & I Line Act, 1991

(Section 8) (Commencement) Order, 1992.

2. The 31st day of January, 1992, is hereby fixed as the day on which

section 8

of the

B & I Line Act, 1991

(No. 29 of 1991), shall come into operation, in so far as that section applies to Part I of the Schedule to that Act.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order, made by the Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications, appoints the 31st day of January, 1992 as the day on which Section 8 of the B & I Line Act, (No. 29 of 1991), comes into operation insofar as that section applies to Part I of the Schedule to that Act.
